We ask that you activate your Tenant Portal when becoming a resident. This portal allows you to easily and conveniently schedule, pay, and track your rent payments securely online. You can also inform us of any routine property issues online. Of course, in a property emergency where property or safety may be at risk, please contact our offices immediately.

We are pleased to welcome young families, medical professionals, college students, retirees, and those relocating to the Klamath Falls area.
